Out of Service

Me and my officemates were invited to a restaurant opening at "by the bay" next to MOA. The strip of paluto, restaurant and bistros just in front of Manila Bay. It was set at around 5pm to enjoy the food and follow the sunset. Yet, as always in any party that I usually attend, it failed to start on time.

Enjoying the food, the laughter, and the company we soon part ways as it was already getting very late. I parked at the 5th level of the south side of MOA.

Taking the elevator to get there was surprisingly calm. Especially when the elevator went out of service at the third floor. For no reason whatsoever. The was no power fluctuation, everybody was just standing when it happened. And seriously everybody was calm. Except for the elevator operator which didn't even know that were on the "east side" (which actually made me think about a compass, to just find out if we were on the east or the west side) of the south building, and kept saying "wag po kayo mag alala ma'am. which obviously was only looking at the pretty girl (mom na) in front of us. and kept on saying that like 3 times already. The funny thing is he was instructed to turn off everything and start all over. He literally turned of everything except for pressing the red reset button, just flipping the 9 switches(killing the lights, fan, and i don't know about the rest). Luckily outside help was able to open the elevator door and got us out. It was a really boring 5 minutes. Nakatitig nalang ako dun sa Krispy Kream at Beard Papas nung hawak ng mag asawa.

Oh well at least naka labas, kundi ubus ung binaon nila dahil sa gutom namin lahat. =)
